Registration Details

Registration and a dorm room for Friday night will be paid for by grants. Because the grants do not cover registrants who do not attend, we require a retainer check for these costs. These retainer checks will be returned to participants at the end of the conference while refreshments are served.

On-site registration is available at the same price ($45) but includes only the conference sessions. Early registration includes dinner, plenary, luncheon workshop and conference sessions.

Stay over to enjoy the sights and sounds of Charleston for a fraction of the cost of a hotel room!  The campus is an easy walk to restaurants, theaters, etc.

*Important:  To receive the Double Room rate, you must have a roommate.  If you do not have a roommate, register for a single room and send $28.13.

IMPORTANT: Lost key fee is $65; therefore, we will need a dorm clearance fee before we can return retainer checks.

Dorm clearance will be required before retainer checks are returned.

Checks will be mailed to those who have not checked out by 12:00 Noon on Saturday.

Prepaid Parking:  $6.00  per day per car for those staying in the dorm.

Prepaid parking is optional, but requires you print and send the parking application form at the end of the registration application!

Daily passes for nearby garages are also available (from garages) for $12.

If you are requesting non-refundable items, you will have to send two checks: a non-refundable check for the items not convered by the grant and the refundable one for the ones that are.

Funding for SC Pre-K-12 Teachers is funded by the Office of English Language Acquisition (OELA) through their grant with the College of Charleston .
Funding for Carolina TESOL members* who do not qualify for the OELA grant is provided by Carolina TESOL.

Membership is free but you must register with our new, on-line registration form even if you have previously registered. Registration Procedure

    If you register and fail to show up, your retainer will be forfeited unless you cancel by the cancellation deadline.
